The soul of the great wines of Collioure & Banyuls In the heart of the terraced vineyards of Banyuls-sur-Mer, Terres des Templiers perpetuates ancestral know-how to sublimate the exceptional wines of Collioure, Banyuls and Banyuls Grand Cru. Between the sea and the mountains, our winegrowers passionately cultivate the vines on steep schist soils, giving birth to authentic and refined cuvées. Come and discover our cellar during a free immersive visit: screening of a film presenting the terroir and the making of Banyuls and Collioure wines in an air-conditioned cinema, guided tour of our different ageing cellars, inside and out, followed by a commented tasting of our 3 AOP wines. A unique sensory experience to unlock the mysteries of these sun-drenched wines. Terres des Templiers is also a commitment to sustainable winegrowing, promoting an exceptional terroir and the craftsmanship of its winegrowers.
