Founded in 1921, the Cave Coopérative de Quissac is home to noble grape varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet, Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Sauvignon, producing exceptional IGP Cévennes & IGP d’Oc wines.

In the heart of the world’s largest vineyard, in the south of France, the winegrowers of Quissac express their passion for wine and vines: first and foremost, their attachment to their region, to their terroir and to the local traditions passed down from generation to generation.

It’s also about the relationship they have with their vines, which are certainly demanding but to which they give the most attentive care and which they cultivate with love…
