About
Local brewery: the first homemade beer made in the Pays Toy is born.
Located in an exceptional setting in Sassis (a small village about 2km from Luz-Saint-Sauveur) between the Col du Tourmalet and the Cirque de Gavarnie, our family brewery produces a selection of English-style craft beers, made with mountain water and the best hops and malts. Note: the brown beer won the gold medal at the Salon de l’Agriculture 2020! .
You can taste them at the bar, take them away or offer them as gifts. Every Thursday between 4 and 6 pm (upon reservation) free visit of about 20 minutes with tasting. Our store offers you our beers, also a coffee roasted on the spot as well as a local organic Gin, distilled in Luz St Sauveur.
