About
Founded in 2020, La Brasserie du Court-Circuit is a cooperative microbrewery (SCOP) committed to ecology through concrete actions such as :
– Producing organic products: beers, barley coffee and beer vinegar,
– Consignment of bottles and transport crates,
– Setting up a circuit to recover brewery water,
– The use of brewers’ spent grain as a feed supplement for livestock.
