About
Natural, local beers with the “Nature & Progrès” label Created and brewed since 2017 in Saint Vincent d?Olargues (F-34390), Raspailhac beers are certified “Nature & Progrès”. All our malts come from an organic malting plant in the Tarn region, and our hops come from Alsace, Brittany and Germany, as well as a few aromatic varieties that we grow next to the brewery. Our beers ferment for a minimum of 4 weeks in vats, then for a further 4 weeks in bottles. They are naturally carbonated by yeast action, without the addition of industrial CO2, unfiltered and unpasteurized
