We have around sixty Lacaune dairy ewes who graze daily on the diverse land that makes up our pastures, chestnut groves, natural meadows, mountain streams… all of which provides our flock with a diversified diet that makes our cheese so special.
We work every day with our animals and in the cheese dairy, processing our ewes’ milk every day.
Our ewes graze in the Cévennes region, and we feed them organic hay on a daily basis, which gives our products their specific character.
