The result is one of the finest collections of citrus fruit in the world. Welcome to our reservoir of biodiversity! Discover our products, ready to enjoy, to cook with or to give as gifts: spreads, marmalades, syrups, confits, pickles, juices, coulis, syrups, flavoured olive oil or our gift boxes. We can also deliver baskets of fresh citrus fruit. Tastings and direct sales of our jars and fruit of the moment on Wednesday and Friday mornings (9am to 12pm) at Domaine Schaller, all year round. From November to March, guided tours of the site at 10am on Fridays, by prior arrangement.
