The Tourist Office of Minervois au Caroux en Haut-Languedoc has 3 reception offices: Minerve, Mons-la-Trivalle and Saint-Pons de Thomières where you will find all the advice you need for your stay in the heart of the Haut Languedoc Regional Natural Park Between the Cevennes and the Montagne Noire, the town of Minerve stands on a rocky spur overlooking the gorges of the Cesse and the Brian. The natural bridges of the Cesse valley make it an exceptional geological site The historic capital of the Minervois region, the town is classified as one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France and is involved in a Grand Site de France initiative with the surrounding communes. It is bathed by the vineyards of the Minervois PDO and nearby Cru La Livinière or Muscat de St Jean de Minervois
