About
The aim of the “Voiles Auriques” association is to promote traditional sailing in Sète while helping to conserve the area’s marine heritage by preserving old sailing ships. The sailing boat: A pilot boat built in Norway in 1940 by the famous naval architect Colin Archer, fully restored in the traditional way. – Half-day or full-day sailing trips offshore or on the Étang de Thau lagoon. – Night-time activities: “Sous le Théâtre de la Mer” VIP excursions when a concert is being held. Other activities: Participation in sailing events and demonstrations in Sète (Saint Pierre, Escale à Sète, local gatherings of old sailing ships, offshore rallies for prestigious boats, organisation of mixed sailing/introduction to microlighting events, etc.).
