With the Valeurs Parc label, the Dahu Ariégeois offers a range of themed hikes linked to the preservation of our mountain environments … and not only!
More than a legend, a true passion!

From beginner to advanced, Denis offers a range of mountain activities in the Ariège.
The common denominator of these hikes is to help you discover the Ariege Pyrenees massif, highlighting biodiversity and heritage through our knowledge in various fields, and showcasing the local terroir and economy.

‍♀️Stage trail:
From introductory courses to high-altitude improvement, Le Dahu Ariégeois offers several 2-day trail courses in Ariège and the Pyrenees. Denis also offers individual coaching and organizes trail trips designed exclusively for groups looking for a unique mountain adventure.

Photo courses :
Our photo courses will enable you to master the different photographic techniques and learn to express your emotions photographically.
This course is supervised by a mountain guide specialized in photography, who will teach you the different photographic techniques and methods for tracking and stalking wildlife.

Nature immersion :
Le dahu Ariégeois offers several hikes to discover and understand our wild fauna and flora, as well as our history and customs.
Conferences on climate change and the adaptation of the pastoral world.

Trekking :
You are in a group,
I can organize superb trekking over several days, nights in refuges or under the starry sky, you discover the intimate mountain.

‍Sorties handicap montagne
Labeled Tourisme Handicap, summer and winter come and discover the benefits of mountain activities that I make accessible to people with disabilities.
Target group: visually impaired, motor-impaired and/or mentally handicapped people.
