Paragliding, mountain biking and hiking in summer and winter! The 4-season mountains! Discover the beautiful Arbas valley from the air: discovery flights in a two-seater paraglider, on-site flights or hiking flights. For hiking enthusiasts, Laurent offers themed guided walks for groups or families of 4 or more, on request. Trail and Nordic walking coaching. Last but not least, cycling fans won’t be outdone! Laurent will show you the hidden corners of the Pyrenees by bike! Some great mountain bike rides await you. Courses are also available at the MCF Arbas-Le Mourtis school. Laurent also offers neuro-postural reprogramming support in the following areas: – sports training – return after injury – learning disabilities in children, with summer courses focusing on coordination, mobility, etc, – sports health, with specific work on posture.
