About

** AFGHANE WALKING involves synchronising your breathing with your steps. It has many benefits for both the body (improved posture, breathing, endurance, etc.) and the mind (letting go, stress reduction, etc.). We’ll practise together in small groups of between 5 and 14 people. No special equipment is required, apart from comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for outdoor walking. ** BUNGYPUMP WALKING is a dynamic walk done with poles fitted with resistance (4, 6, 8 or 10 kg adaptable to the participant). It’s an activity that works all the muscles in the body without jarring the joints. It also provides a cardio-respiratory workout and improves balance. It is practised in small groups of 5 to 10 people. In addition to my diplomas as an Afghani walking instructor and BungyPup coach from the Ecole France Marche Afghane and the BungyPump Academy respectively, I’m also an Adapted Physical Activity Teacher, so I can give you the benefit of personalised support.
