DONKEYS IN MARGERIDE

Fabienne and Stéphane invite you to discover the Margeride, Aubrac, and Gévaudan regions at the leisurely pace of a donkey. Gribouille, Noisette, Diva, Pivoine, Rusty, Janette, Caramel… will accompany you through these stunning landscapes. We also have a gîte (hostel), Le Refuge du Pèlerin, in the center of the village of St Alban sur Limagnole, where we can welcome you for your first or last night. Hiking with a donkey… it’s a different way to hike. The donkey is equipped with a pack saddle (wooden crossbars) allowing you to attach saddlebags that you can fill with your lunch or luggage for several days. We provide all the equipment. The donkey can carry up to 40 kg.
