Classic or Skating cross-country skiing
Find or rediscover conviviality and the pleasure of learning.
Our instructors offer private lessons throughout the season in both Nordic skiing disciplines:
CLASSIC:
Accessible to all ages on groomed runs that can be skied without risk, thanks to the mastery of basic techniques (balance, descent, braking, change of direction) that will enable you to slide in a relaxed and safe way.
SKATING :
If you want to start or improve your skating skills, our ESF instructors will help you progress.
Individualized exercises will be suggested to improve your positioning on the skis, enabling you to tackle the different steps and techniques efficiently (efficient gliding on the flat, uphill steps, change of direction, rapid braking).
