About

The teams at Canyon Spirit offer trips in the Pyrenees, around Luchon, Saint-Lary, Mont-Perdu and the Sierra de Guara. A day trip to the Neste d’Oô canyon for 3 hours of activities (meet at the Ramonville metro station at 9.15am on the day, return at 4.30pm). This is a classic canyon that’s a great way to discover all the different facets of canyoning. After an easy 20-minute walk, you’ll reach the start of the canyon. It combines water games (jumps, slides) and abseiling on ropes. There’s even a zip-line descent – thrills guaranteed! At the end of the course, it takes 10 minutes to reach the car park. Suitable for all ages from 12 upwards. All equipment provided. Sports shoes can be hired.
