About
The club is located on the Ile du Ramier, in the Maison de l’Aviron, which also houses a Pôle France and a Pôle Espoir. Its structure, experience and privileged location enable it to offer its members leisure rowing, rowing schools and competitions. To welcome and train you: – competent managers – experienced and available sports instructors – volunteer coaches for the rowing school, leisure centre and competition centre – equipment: a large fleet of dedicated boats The club also offers Avifit classes (fitness on a rowing machine, with rhythm and music). We offer introductory and advanced courses during July and August for young people aged 11 and over and for adults in an idyllic setting just a few minutes from the historic centre of Toulouse. AviFit is a new way of practising indoor rowing. It’s a group class with music on a rowing machine, supervised by a trained coach. It’s a fun, dynamic activity in keeping with current fitness trends.
