Situated on the Hérault belvedere of the Cirque de Navacelles, perfectly suited to its environment, the Auberge de la Baume Auriol offers a breathtaking view thanks to its 360° panorama of the Vis gorges. Throughout the day, from breakfast to lunch, from a walkers lunch to a family meal, from children’s snacks to a gourmet hamper for hikers, everyone’s needs and cravings are satisfied, to either eat in or take away. The menu, which changes with the seasons, offers pride of place to local producers and favours rigorously selected partners (sustainable or organic farming, meat and poultry with recognised labels, French fish, natural wines).
