The Boutines family had a dream, to open a restaurant for groups, in a bucolic setting, where eating well and living well were the keywords. They wanted the restaurant to reflect their family farming roots in a modern world…and in 2016 the restaurant “l’Intervalle” was created !
This restaurant proposes duck-based menus, in the heart of the Gers countryside.
L’Intervalle allows you to taste the exquisite products of Esprit Foie Gras especially the renowned “foie gras”.
Open only on reservation for groups of 10 people minimum.
