Pierre-Marie and Miraine Soubiran are duck and goose specialists who sell the products they prepare in their Ramajo farm of Dému. Their shop, located across from the Auch cathedral, offers 100% authentic southwestern products. In addition to preserved duck, duck breast stuffed with foie gras, stuffed goose necks, gizzards and rillettes, Pierre-Marie and Miraine offer a selection of Gers wines including Côtes de Gascogne, Saint-Mont and Armagnac.
