Here, there are no gimmicks: the ingredients are carefully selected from producers who prioritise practices that respect nature and living things. The menu changes every 21 days in line with the seasons, offering new combinations and new discoveries with every visit.
In the kitchen, Paul Bidard and his team serve contemporary, refined and indulgent cuisine that lets the ingredients take centre stage. In the dining room, David, the sommelier, creates original food-and-wine pairings and guides guests on a journey of discovery through artisan wines, chosen for their character and uniqueness.
