Nestled in the Vallée du Lot and 2km from the Vallon du Villaret lies Les Chemins Francis for hiking holidays and health packages. There is a 29°C indoor heated pool, sauna and relaxation area located 80 metres from the Modern Hôtel. Just cross the Lot to get to the restaurant and bar in the Modern’Hôtel. Our restaurant is open every day and serves lunch and dinner until 8:30pm. Here’s a taster of our specialities: Chef’s cromesquis (meat croquette), calf’s sweetbread in morel cream, poached trout in chive sauce, pigeon salmis (roasted meat reheated in sauce, calf’s head, stuffed cabbage and iced nougat with red fruit coulis.
