COLLIAS the heart of old Provencal village, behind a beautiful stone facade, lies the hostelry Le Castel, part of Les Collectionneurs. Several old and perfectly restored houses form an enclosure arranged around an interior patio. Nooks and crannies hide and find in turn the pool, the garden, the pergola and wisteria. Cooking classes are offered by reservation. Received a second Michelin star in 2009. Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 2011. Closed: – Wednesday all year – Tuesday from October to May, – 1st May
