Montaillou is nestled on a ridge of the Pyrenees bordering the departments of Ariege and Aude.

The new owners were seduced by the environment, the village’s history and, above all, the friendliness of its inhabitants.
Dishes are always prepared using fresh produce from producers in the Ariège and Aude departments, in line with the “circuit-court” philosophy.

The restaurant also offers daily suggestions on the chalkboard, guaranteeing a variety of seasonal produce to suit all tastes, whether you’re a meat lover, vegetarian or vegan.
