L’Embrasé, located in front of the Porte de la Gardette, facing the ramparts and the Tour de Constance, is a warm place where every moment is savored. Discover our tabletop brazier for sharing meat, fish and vegetables in a convivial atmosphere.

In the evening, enjoy house cocktails, gourmet tapas and desserts of the day, accompanied by live concerts and DJ sets on the terrace. In winter, enjoy raclette au couteau and fondues for comforting evenings.
