In one of the most beautiful villages in France, two houses (the restaurant and the hotel) separated by the old stone bridge of the fifteenth century.
“The restaurant is located on the right bank, it’s the family home of the Fagegaltier sisters, and we can still imagine the smells of Maman Fagegaltier’s kitchen.
Today, the beautiful and the good of the Aveyron: the authenticity of flavors is still there but the kitchen has been purified, vegetables are very present as fish, spices and herbs.
