Welcome to our brasserie restaurant Les Aiguières in Roquefort-sur-Soulzon. In this beautiful house with stone-walls and a wooden floor dating from 1854, we offer you a simple and generous kitchen.

Sonia, Damien and their team are welcoming you the whole year with prepared and fresh food.

A few steps away from the Roquefort’s caves where the cheese is refined, you can try our « Aiguières Salad ».

Don’t miss the occasion to enjoy our beef from the Aubrac race with Roquefort sauce or our steamed apple tripoux.

On request, we offer you our evening meal service, for groups from 25 to 40 people.
