Le Panorama Le Saltadou invites you, in July and August, to enjoy a meal on its shaded terrace while taking in the stunning view. You’ll find a selection of boards featuring Causse Méjean’s ewe’s milk cheeses and cold cuts, as well as the house specialty — Le Pounti — a savory blend of Swiss chard, onions, and parsley mixed with sausage meat and prunes. For dessert, enjoy a glass of fresh curd cheese topped with honey or the owners’ homemade jams. For an aperitif, you can choose between la cartagène, a local drink made from grape must and crafted by a winemaker from the Gorges du Tarn, or a kir châtaigne, prepared with white wine from the same winemaker and chestnut liqueur from the Cévennes. The terrace also welcomes you for a refreshing drink, an ice cream, or a good coffee or other hot beverage. Le Panorama Le Saltadou is open to everyone — with free access.
