Le Mas Mouth is a multi-faceted place combining prehistory, agro-ecology and a restaurant under the trees. The cuisine is as diverse as the project itself, but always based on fresh, seasonal and local produce!

Copiously plated, the kitchen invites you to take your time… while the kids play. The large garden opens out under a grove of ash trees near the henhouse. The rabbits delight the children. The pigs are not far away in the shade of the great cedar. Le Mas Mouth is a friendly, relaxed place of exchange, out of the ordinary and warm. Prehistory is like a common thread, for “it is by recharging its batteries in its past that a human group finds the energy to face its present and prepare its future”. Edgar Morin
