LE BURON DE BORN

Over

Open from May to October, the Buron de Born is one of the most typical stops in the Aubrac region. This mountain hut is located at an altitude of over 1000 meters near Lake Born, about ten kilometers from Nasbinals. Specialties include local charcuterie, aligot (a cheesy potato dish), rétortillat (a potato and cheese dish), grilled sausage, and beef.
