Le Bossens welcomes you in the shade of century-old plane trees, on its vast panoramic terrace in the heart of the medieval village of Sauve, or in the two interior rooms of its historic building.

Our head chef and pastry chef concoct tasty home-cooked meals, from local produce and elsewhere, in a friendly atmosphere orchestrated by Martine and her team.

Our seasonal specialties :
– half-cooked duck foie gras with spices
– creative” starters and desserts
– regional meats simmered in full-bodied sauces, roasted or tartared with a knife
– seasonal fish dishes inspired by the chef…
– not forgetting our vegetarian offerings
