Le Croustet is a mobile crêperie and bistro on wheels!

Marie-Hélène and Jean, in their blue truck, criss-cross the Ariège region, delighting gourmets with sweet crêpes, savory galettes, ice creams and a fine selection of hot and cold drinks, including draught beer and cider.

Marie-Hélène perfected her art in Brittany, at Le Père Le Roïc.

Everything is made from organic flours and local produce.
The menu is varied and often includes suggestions and daily specials.

Le Croustet travels to villages and towns and sets up shop with its welcoming terrace. You can eat in or take away.

It also caters for a wide range of events, from garage sales and sporting and cultural events to private functions such as weddings, christenings and birthdays….

A real feast on wheels!
