In the peace and quiet of a completely renovated building, L’A table’S d’Albiac has opened its doors, adding a charming new address to the local gastronomic scene. At the helm is Stéphanie Melendez, a passionate chef and teacher at the Lycée Hôtelier in Mazamet. Every detail reflects the soul of the Lauragais region: authenticity, simplicity and generosity.

L’A table’S d’Albiac offers a clear and committed approach:

– A single menu, updated according to the seasons and the produce available
– Fresh, local produce, carefully selected
– Bistronomic cuisine on Friday and Saturday evenings, with amuse-bouches and petits fours for a complete dining experience
– A traditional set menu on Monday and Thursday lunchtimes, ideal for a quick lunch, served within an hour.

Here, every plate tells a story: that of a chef who loves to bring out the best in local flavours whilst adding a personal, modern and refined touch.

Alongside her restaurant business, Stéphanie continues to run her event catering service, which is already well-known in the region. Weddings, birthdays, corporate events: she approaches every project with the same high standards and creativity.
