All our dishes are prepared on the spot by our cooks: seasonal, local and mostly organic products. We are the only Maître Restaurateur in the department: a label approved by the prefecture.

We use various professional preservation techniques such as salting, smoking, rapid cooling for freezing, sous vide, as well as various contemporary cooking techniques such as low temperature sous vide cooking. We are at your disposal for any questions you may have regarding the preparation of our products. All our vegetables are bought on the Pamiers market from our producers and retailers.
Our dishes are prepared with mainly organic and local products.
The ingredients are products from the market, farmers and producers of the region, to satisfy your desires and awaken your taste buds!
We will be happy to advise you on the choice of wine to best accompany your meal, which you can finish with a pure Arabica from our artisan roaster.
