This restaurant is a former coaching inn which has been fully renovated and in the same family for the last 120 years. Beneath the roof of the old barn you can try José Laurens’ local cuisine with a modern twist. On the menu: Pork cheek confit with black pudding sauce, calf’s head in a spicy sauce, foie gras crème brûlée, frozen nougat with Lozère honey and Cévennes tart.
