Viola and Mika invite you to come enjoy wonderful, festive evenings filled with delicious food at the Jaussely Foglia farm! These evenings combine tastings of their homemade dishes with outdoor music—what a great lineup!

Viola and Mika Foglia primarily raise Barbary ducks. In addition to the ducks, they grow the grains used to feed their poultry and ducks. They guarantee authentic regional cuisine prepared according to traditional local recipes. At La Guinguette Mondine, we prepare meals for you using chickens, lamb, and ducks from the farm. These meats are served with vegetables from the garden, cheeses and beverages from fellow producers, and Françoise’s delicious desserts.
