Welcome to the Café de l’Union! As a cooperative society, we run the bar-restaurant in the unusual and friendly village of Fillols. You’ll enjoy Catalan home cooking, prepared with respect and love for local produce. The café is open every day from 8.30am and 9am at weekends. For meals, a single dish of the day is available for lunch during the week. From Friday evening to Sunday lunchtime it’s à la carte with our Bistrot specialities: magret with morel mushrooms or lamb chops with chanterelle mushrooms. Idea for a trip from the Bistrot: come and visit the Romanesque church (the keys are in the café) or the bazart boutique (open on Sundays)… and climb to the top of the Pic de Cogollo (3 hours) from Fillols.
