Cabanon sauvage is a restaurant perched in the village of Puycelsi, with mulberry trees as table neighbors, medieval houses
and the Grésigne forest in the background.c

In this charming setting, we focus on highlighting local vegetables, cheeses, wines and meats
inventive and gourmet cuisine.
Our idea is to create a cuisine that is first and foremost inspired by local produce and producers, with one foot in tradition and the other in the heart of the region.
In the afternoon, between the two services, we offer cold drinks, home-made pastries and artisanal ice creams.
