BURON DE BORN

Le Buron de Born is one of the most traditional places to have a break at in Aubrac. It is near Born Lake at an altitude of 1000m and about a dozen kilometres from Nasbinals. You won’t find any never-ending menus here. People come here from far and wide to have a good Aligot-Fleur d’Aubrac (aligot with regional beef) or Piccaoussel (truffade or traditional potato pancake) washed down with a nice glass of Marcillac. Get your meal off to a great start and set the tone with the buffet and its Aveyron cold meats.
