Located in the reception pavilion at the foot of the Thaurac cliff, the brasserie and its panoramic terrace welcome you before or after your visit, 7 days a week. We invite you to discover the richness of the local produce for a sweet or savoury break…

The Cévennes people have always cultivated the land and raised herds of goats and sheep. This agro-pastoralism has shaped the landscapes of the Cévennes, thanks to the hard work of the peasants who had to terrace the arable land (sweet onions, “reinette” apples from Le Vigan…), tend the chestnut groves and herd the flocks over the vast, not very fertile expanses. These cultural landscapes are the backdrop for the Brasserie.

We support the development of our region by giving priority to local suppliers, whose products you’ll also find in our boutique: wines, honey, natural organic drinks, craft beers, goat’s and sheep’s cheese, meat and charcuterie are all local!
