A hearty, traditional cuisine cooked over a campfire. Nestled in the Aubrac hills, the Auberge du Radal offers authentic Aligot prepared right before your eyes in the restaurant’s dining room, accompanied by succulent meats bearing the “Aubrac farm-raised beef” label. Aligot, sausage, calf’s head, beef steak, lamb sweetbreads, and coupétade are also on the menu. Reservations are recommended for dinner.
