The menu harks back to the flavours of times gone by in the heart of the Aubrac valleys. Auberge du Radal is famous for its authentic Aligot with succulent meats from Lozère. Aligot, tête de veau (calf’s head), beef, sweetbreads and coupétade (traditional prune dessert) are all on the menu.
