In the village of Sainte-Enimie, a stone country house renovated into a hotel-restaurant, offering traditional and regional cuisine served either by the fireplace or on the shaded terrace, depending on the season. Homemade terrines and pâtés, seasonal crayfish, trout, Causses lamb leg, braised sweetbreads, beef sirloin with Roquefort, chocolate charlotte, custard. Groups of up to 90 guests are welcome (vintage car clubs, hikers, coach tours, motorcyclists, cyclists…). The establishment also offers 10 fully renovated comfortable rooms.
