This cosy studio for two people features a queen-size bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a terrace. Enjoy the peace and quiet whilst being close to Toulouse’s attractions. A unique choice for a nature-filled city break.

Discover our bright and welcoming studio, designed with your comfort in mind and suitable for 2 people. It comprises:
– Sleeping area: A large queen-size bed (160×200 cm), a wardrobe and a chest of drawers for your personal belongings.
– Bathroom: Modern, fitted with a walk-in shower.
– Ambience: Natural wood walls and touches of white for a rustic yet contemporary feel.
– Kitchenette: Compact but fully functional, including a fridge, a microwave, an induction hob, an electric griddle and all the necessary kitchen utensils.
– Workspace: The worktop cleverly converts into a desk, equipped with a fast Wi-Fi connection and a USB power strip.
– Comfort: Reversible air conditioning (heating/cooling), a steam iron and a hairdryer.
– Outdoor area: A furnished terrace, set within your private, leafy garden – a true haven of peace.
Services included:
– Bed linen (sheets, duvet, duvet cover) provided.
– Bathroom linen (towels) provided.
– Tea towels provided.
Cleaning products (kitchen roll, toilet paper, washing-up liquid) and hygiene products (shower gel, hand sanitiser, disinfectant spray, insecticide) available.
Your independence is our priority. This studio has been designed to offer you a private and self-contained space. You will have full and exclusive access to:
– The entire Tiny House.
– Your private garden and furnished terrace.
Access is directly via the property’s entrance gate, allowing you to come and go as you please, in complete freedom, without having to pass through any other shared areas.
