In the heart of the village of Septfonds stands a large residence built at the end of the 19th century by a hat-making industrialist. Designed in the Napoleon III style, it will charm you with its refined architecture, high moulded ceilings, and its red-brick pediment topped with an oculus dedicated to Neptune.

In the grounds, you will enjoy a dry-stone swimming pool and an outbuilding, set in the shade of century-old elms and oak trees. During the Belle Époque, writers, artists, and musicians stayed here, and Édith Piaf was among its distinguished guests.
