The house, located on rue de Bellevue, enjoys beautiful sunsets over the hillside opposite the village. The environment is calm and unoverlooked. Built on a rock with local stone, it blends plant and mineral elements.

The house has two large terraces of over 40m2 each, one in travertine with large garden furniture, the other in wood with deckchairs, two small garden furniture sets and a large dining table with weber gas barbecue (plancha and grill). Both terraces are equipped with parasols.

To ensure the safety of young children, the pool is equipped with a roller shutter.

The terraced garden offers shaded areas under a hackberry and olive tree.

Parking for 2 cars is available on the higher level. A 3rd parking space is available.

The 115 m2 house has 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds (160 X 200). Another bedroom has a 140 X 200 bed.

The ground floor bedroom, with its bay window, offers a beautiful view of the winter terrace in the foreground and the garden in the background. A bathroom with WC and shower is adjacent to this bedroom.

The first floor comprises two bedrooms, a bathroom with xxl shower and a separate toilet.

All rooms are equipped with individual air-conditioning.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, wine cellar, induction hob and extractor fan. Food processors and a coffee grinder are also available.

Sheets, comforters, towels and pool towels are available.

Washing machine and dryer available.

Sanilhac-Sagriès, a commune that has preserved its attractive authenticity, is located in the heart of the garrigue and on the banks of the Gardon river, yet within easy reach of the pretty town of Uzès (4km).

Uzès is set in a small jewel case, halfway between the sea (Aigues Morte, Le Grau-du-Roi, La Grande Motte) and the mountains (Mont Ventoux, the Cévennes). It’s also close to some of the world’s most historic cities: Nîmes, Arles, Avignon!
