La Domerie is a characterful house built of basalt and granite, in the heart of the village of Aubrac, on the plateau of the same name, at 1,350 m altitude. Since 1870, it has welcomed travellers without interruption — five generations of the same family have kept it alive, today carried on by Marie-Claude, who runs the table d’hôtes.

The house offers five bedrooms (including a suite) and two apartments, each with private bathroom facilities, along with a homemade breakfast served every morning. The table d’hôtes serves seasonal, home-cooked cuisine rooted in Aveyron’s culinary traditions.

Set directly on the GR65, the Via Podiensis of the Camino de Santiago, between Nasbinals and Saint-Chély-d’Aubrac, La Domerie is a favourite stop for pilgrims, hikers and lovers of the Aubrac. The house can also be privatised for family gatherings, celebrations with friends, or corporate seminars.
