On the 1st floor, accessed via an outside staircase into a 30 m2 enclosed courtyard shaded by a vine arbor.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a living room with an open-plan kitchen.
A first bedroom with a 1 x 90 x 200 cm bed, a shower room and separate toilet, and a second bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed.
Enclosed grounds of 80 m2. with parking space in front of and inside the property. Electric barbecue.
Pets allowed: 1 pet only, small dog allowed.
Welcome to Huguette and her family, for lovers of biodiversity (wildlife, local flora: mulberry trees, lime trees, wild orchids, lilies, thyme, peonies…).
We look forward to welcoming you to our gîte, a haven of serenity where you can recharge your batteries.
Nearby, the Cèze river for swimming and canoeing. 15 minutes away, the emblematic villages of Barjac, with its antique and second-hand goods fairs, Saint-Ambroix, with its old town, colorful markets and legendary Fête du Volo-Biou, the spa town of Allègre-les-Fumades for cures and wellness treatments, and good restaurants nearby.
From the gîte, you can enjoy pleasant country walks, just 1 hour from Nîmes or the Pont du Gard. And don’t forget to visit the natural sites of the Gorges de l’Ardèche (Vallon Pont d’Arc), the Parc National des Cévennes, the Chauvet caves, La Cocalière, La Salamandre and Mont Bouquet.
