Cycling enthusiasts will appreciate the immediate proximity of the greenway, accessible just a few meters from the property.

Its central location also makes it easy to explore Castres, a city of art and history known for its colorful houses on the banks of the Agout River, its remarkable gardens, and the Goya Museum. Nature lovers will be captivated by the Sidobre, an iconic site in the Haut-Languedoc region, where impressive granite formations, preserved forests, and numerous hiking trails create unique landscapes. An ideal destination for combining cultural discoveries, outdoor activities, and culinary delights.

Completely renovated by the Cassar family, farmers in Lombers, just 5 km away, this house is also an invitation to discover the local produce. On their farm, they raise Aubrac and Blonde d’Aquitaine cattle, organic calves, and free-range pigs. Their shop offers charcuterie, preserves, beef, and veal, available by the cut or in packages. Farm visits, tastings, and pre-orders can be arranged.

On the ground floor, the cottage features a kitchen, a living room with a dining area, a second dining room, a shower room, a separate toilet, and a ground-floor bedroom with two single beds (90×190 cm).
