Just renovated, the cottage can accommodate five people. Attached on one side to another house (no vis-à-vis), it has a fenced garden (500m²), a covered terrace and another terrace with barbecue. It is reached by an outside staircase, in front or by the garden, the cottage is located above a garage and a basement.
The cottage is composed of a living room with open kitchen (central island) and sitting area (tv and sofa bed), two bedrooms (one double bed and three single beds including two bunk), a shower room and a toilet.
Sheets and towels The Condomine, a small hamlet in the Tarn valley, on a river, about twenty minutes from Albi. You will appreciate the coolness of the valley, the banks of the Tarn, welcome to the fishermen!
Just two minutes from the Small City of Character Ambialet, known for the impressive meander drawn by the Tarn (more than 3km long). In the village: swimming, fishing, petanque, tennis, canoeing, hiking, country markets, grocery, sound and light every Thursday, coffee concert every Tuesday ….
