On the 1st floor: The “Tarn” room includes: 2 modular beds 90, cot, bathroom and WC. The “Garonne” room includes: 1 bed of 160, bathroom and WC. Gas central heating.

Available to guests, on the ground floor: a large living room (45m2) with TV lounge area (board games, books, DVDs), a dining area, an equipped kitchen of 9m2 (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine).
Covered terrace with teak garden furniture.

Outside: deckchairs near the swimming pool, barbecue & gas plancha and accessories. Salt water swimming pool (11m X 4m) heated by heat pump with solar shower and 100m² swimming pool enclosure allowing use 8 months of the year. Pétanque and badminton balls, table football, garden of more than 4000 m² with fruit trees with free picking in season, vegetable garden and secure parking for 10 cars with a sliding gate equipped with a digital code. Bike shelter available.
